Welcome to Blog my dinner.

This was an idea I got on January 1st 2015 while I was looking at cooking videos and trying to find inspiration to eat healthier in the new year.

Living alone, I would usually just eat cereal or sandwiches for dinner, most nights I don’t even recall what I had eaten, just snacking until I felt sick. Of course I was often feeling guilty about not eating properly. But I figured that if I challenge myself to cook a proper dinner every night and publish it, not only would I have to become more aware of what I was eating, hopefully I could also see a change in my culinary skills. If nothing else, by the end of the year I’ll have 365 ideas for what to cook in 2016. And so will you, if you keep on reading…
