10-minute dinner – sorted!
The quickest salmon recipe ever. Cut up some ginger and let it infuse the oil while the salmon is defrosting. Fry in a hot pan, slice up some veggies and you have a great low-carb dinner in no time.
And, well… For the first time since I started I really can’t think of anything to write about. But I would like to give a shout out to Dahlia, thanks for our little tweet – chat last night. It left me craving deep dish pizza, so that is now on my list! If anyone else feels like a chat, I spend way to much time with my phone and is almost always available on twitter or instagram… ☺
