Starting of the new year with a healthy fast food, it literally just takes a few minutes, and it’s so easy to make.
Season the fish and put it in the oven at the highest heat possible. While the fish is cooking, slice up your vegetables. I went for avocado, red onion, cherry tomatoes and lettuce, all seasoned with salt, pepper and some chili flakes. Some creme fraiche on the bread helps stick everything together.
All in all it took 10 minutes to make, it’ll take you longer to go get that burger, so there is no excuse not to make these instead. The fact that there is almost no washing up; a knife, a cutting board and your fish tray, that’s just an added bonus.
